Construction Next Door

Hi everyone,

I wanted to reach out and sincerely apologize for the ongoing construction noise coming from the unit next door. As many of you know, the building owner is in the process of renovating that space, and while we were originally given a timeline for completion, it has unfortunately continued to be extended.

I’ve made multiple requests for advance notice of when construction will be taking place so I can better schedule around it, but so far they haven’t been able to provide consistent or reliable timing.

From what we’ve experienced, the busiest construction hours tend to fall in the morning between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. At times, it’s been light, muffled hammering that’s fairly tolerable but other times, it involves louder drilling and cutting that can definitely disrupt the peaceful environment I strive to create for you.

I truly wish I had more control over the situation, and I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing experience, I recommend booking your appointments at or after 1:00 PM whenever possible.

If you do come in during a time when construction noise is present, please know I will absolutely accommodate the inconvenience with a discounted service at checkout.

At this time, we’ve been told that construction should be completed by July, and I’m very much looking forward to returning to the calm, quiet space you deserve.
